At Aquascaping Express, we want your style to flow perfectly; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags still attached back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
